Communications and Engagement Lead
Role Overview
The Engagement and Impact Manager is the primary storyteller and brand guardian of GOALS Armenia. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for translating our field-level impact into a compelling digital presence that inspires donors, partners, and the public. This role is a blend of creative content production and strategic data management, you will manage our social media and website while ensuring our donor relationships are supported by a high-functioning CRM and clear, story-driven impact reporting.

Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Presence & Social Media Management (SMM)
Content Strategy: Lead the "SMM-first" approach by creating, curating, and scheduling high-quality content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, etc.
Visual Storytelling: Capture and edit engaging multimedia content (video/photo) that highlights the daily achievements and challenges of our participants.
Website Oversight: Manage and update the GOALS website to ensure it is a user-friendly, SEO-optimized hub that accurately reflects our current mission and impact.
2. Donor Communications & CRM Management
Strategic Engagement: Develop and execute a donor-centric communication plan, including regular newsletters, personalized updates, and annual impact reports.
Systems Management: Oversee the organization’s CRM (HubSpot experience highly preferred) to track donor interactions, manage segments, and ensure no supporter journey is overlooked.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all external touchpoints, from high-level donor proposals to Instagram captions, maintain a consistent, professional, and mission-driven voice.
3. Impact Storytelling & Reporting Support
Data Translation: Work closely with the programmatic team to gather impact data and translate technical measurements into human-centric stories that resonate with donors.
Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of high-quality donor reports by providing the narrative and visual evidence (photos/quotes/case studies) that demonstrate programmatic success.
Media & PR: Act as the main point of contact for media inquiries, securing press coverage that elevates the GOALS brand within Armenia and internationally.

Description
Experience
3+ years in marketing, digital communications, or donor relations.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in SMM tools, website CMS (WordPress/Wix/Squarespace), video editing software, and AI tools.
CRM Expertise
Strong experience with CRM systems; HubSpot knowledge is a significant advantage.
Communication
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in Armenian and English (Russian is a plus).
Strategic Mindset
Ability to see the "big picture" while being comfortable with daily content creation and data entry.
